Reason: An arist friend of mine had done this adorable drawing of Vash tempting Usagi with a doughnut. I have always loved that picture and I wanted to recreate the image with CJ as Vash. He agreed and I choose the dress Usagi wore on the cover of Newtype since it was pretty close to the one in the image. In short it was a fun little side project that was easy and comfy to wear.

Construction notes: I was extrodiary lucky to find the prefect brocade at Joann's for 50% off!! Using that, I modified the pattern I used for my Pirotess dress. I even went as far to make my own frogs (the closers) for the dress since I couldn't find any that matched. I also made my earrings using embroidiery thread.
