Reason: It seemed fitting to have my last fuku be my eternal fuku. I have been putting this one off while I gained more costume experience. Sailor Moon's eternal form is powerful so I wanted to make sure I took my time to do so.

Construction Notes: Wow where do I start? I don't want to reveal too much about this costume for certian reasons, but I'll be happy to share a few details. I made the body suit with lycra, and I made the skirt using many yards of lamour satin. Glove bottoms were purchased and details were added. Glove tops were also made from Lamour satin. The boots were purchased and the "v" s were cut into them and details were added. Locket was also made by myself, along with all the other jewelry accessories. I made new extentions for this costume as well and I mixed two colors to get the current one. I also curled the ends using the boiling meathod. The wings were also made by me and took month alone to make. I used over 1.5 lbs of feathers, all of which were trimed and shapped. I also added gold moons, bands, and some rinestones to add some extra details to make it more manga like.
